You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

TRUCKERPACKET DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Nothing on this website or in any generated document constitutes legal advice. The broker-carrier agreement and other documents generated by this tool are based on widely used industry standard templates and have not been reviewed or certified by a licensed attorney. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated documents with qualified legal counsel before use. Use of this Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
- Review all generated documents carefully before sending to any third party
- Verify that all information in your generated documents is correct
- Not use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations including FMCSA requirements

5. Payment and Pricing
Single carrier packet: $14.99 one-time payment. Dispatcher monthly plan: $39.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
6. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because carrier packet PDFs are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, no refunds are available. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and that you are purchasing a digital service with no right of return. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY FREIGHT BROKER, SHIPPER, OR REGULATORY AUTHORITY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE LEGAL SUFFICIENCY OR ACCURACY OF ANY GENERATED DOCUMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA LEONIS PRODUCTION STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF LOADS, OR BROKER REJECTION OF YOUR CARRIER PACKET. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of any generated documents.
10. Intellectual Property
The TruckerPacket website, its design, code, and content are the property of Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. The carrier packet documents generated for you based on your information belong to you.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
