TruckerPacket is operated by Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC. We are not a law firm, attorneys, or licensed legal document preparers. Nothing on this website, in our generated documents, in our emails, or in any communication from us constitutes legal advice.
The broker-carrier agreement and all other documents generated by TruckerPacket are based on widely used industry standard templates. They have not been drafted, reviewed, or certified by a licensed attorney. Legal requirements vary by state, jurisdiction, and individual business circumstances. What works for one carrier may not be appropriate for another.
If you have any questions about the legal implications of any document in your carrier packet, you should consult a licensed transportation attorney before signing or sending any agreement.
2. AI-generated content
TruckerPacket uses artificial intelligence (specifically, Anthropic's Claude API) to generate the content of your carrier packet. AI tools can and do make mistakes. They can misformat information, make grammatical errors, produce inconsistencies, or in rare cases generate content that does not match the information you provided.
You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing every field in your generated document for accuracy before sending it to any broker, shipper, or other party. We strongly recommend reading your entire PDF from beginning to end before using it.
3. No guarantee of broker acceptance
Freight brokers, shippers, and motor carrier regulators set their own requirements for carrier documentation. TruckerPacket generates a carrier packet in a format based on widely accepted industry standards. However, we make no representation and offer no guarantee that any specific broker, shipper, or regulatory authority will accept your generated carrier packet.
Some brokers use their own proprietary onboarding platforms. Some require specific forms not included in our template. Some have minimum authority age requirements. These factors are entirely outside our control.
4. User responsibility
By using TruckerPacket, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have provided accurate and complete information
- You have reviewed your generated document in full before use
- You accept full responsibility for the content of your carrier packet
- You understand this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship
- You will seek qualified legal counsel for any legal questions
- You understand all sales are final and no refunds are available
5. Limitation of liability
Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses, lost loads, lost revenue, broker rejections, regulatory actions, or other consequences arising from your use of TruckerPacket or any document generated by it. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
