TruckerPacket does not offer refunds on any purchases. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By paying, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy.
Why we do not offer refunds
Unlike physical products or software subscriptions, TruckerPacket generates and delivers a custom digital document immediately upon payment. The nature of this service makes refunds impossible for the following reasons:
- Immediate delivery. Your carrier packet PDF is generated by AI and delivered to you within minutes of payment — often before you even see the confirmation page. There is no waiting period and nothing to "cancel."
- Digital documents cannot be returned. Once your PDF has been generated and emailed to you, we have no way to know whether you have read it, saved it, or sent it to a broker. A digital file cannot be returned like a physical product.
- Output quality depends on your input. Your carrier packet is generated based entirely on the information you provide. If you enter incorrect information and your document contains errors, that is not a defect in our product — it is a consequence of inaccurate input. We explain this clearly before every purchase and strongly encourage you to review your document carefully.
- We do not control broker acceptance. Freight brokers set their own onboarding requirements. Some brokers require specific forms or use their own portals. We cannot guarantee that any broker will accept any carrier packet, including ours. Broker rejection is not a defect in our product.
- This is not a legal service. We are a document generation tool, not a law firm. Differences in how specific legal terms are interpreted or applied in your jurisdiction or by specific brokers are not defects in our product and are not grounds for a refund.
- You agreed to this policy. The no-refund policy is displayed prominently on our website, on the pricing page, and during checkout. By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledged and accepted this policy.
When we may issue a credit
While we do not offer refunds, we may at our sole discretion issue a store credit in the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a verified technical error on our end
- Your PDF was never generated or delivered due to a verified system failure on our end, and you can demonstrate you did not receive any document

Dispatcher monthly plan cancellations
The $39.99/month dispatcher plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company for a service you received and agreed to purchase may constitute fraud. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide our full documentation to your financial institution, including your purchase confirmation, the generated document, and your acceptance of this no-refund policy.
